Originally known as Cot, the Malbec grape inspired us to create a wine that pairs effortlessly with one of life’s greatest pleasures—ribeye steak. Hence, we named it EntreCÔTe, a nod to the French term for this classic cut. To enhance its roundness and complexity, we've blended in Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, resulting in a wine that balances character with grace. Full-bodied yet approachable, it offers a harmonious profile that complements both cheeses and your favorite steak. With only 168 cases produced, this wine is a rare treat for those who appreciate both depth and finesse.
